How Hindus can counter the judicial tyranny

The judicial intervention in social life of Hindus is increasing by leaps and bounds and there seems to be no respite. To understand how to fight back, Hindus need to look at the functioning of Indian power system.

How does the spectrum of politics look like: citizens < law < judicial whims < politics. This is how things stand as of today. Politics is above everything. Politics reaches the masses, judiciary/justice never reaches the masses, it is highly theoretical. Therefore seasoned politicians use this space to break the law as a means to offer resistance to the whims of the judiciary on behalf of the public. If the public feels that it is justified (like the khadi movement, or non-co-operation movement) then the politician stands to gain some brownie points from it. Politics is how the lowest common denominator, i.e. the common man, gets his justice delivered to him.

The recent verdict on Dahi Handi was an absolutely stupid order from the SC and it needs to be challenged by someone. The judiciary cannot just encroach over civilian aspects and preach their ‘separation of powers’ lecture to others. SC needs to be put in its place and shown that the same ‘separation of powers’ principle applies to them too.

Another example of judicial flip-flops- there was some divorced man, who as per law stopped paying maintenance to his daughter and wife as the daughter had turned 18 and by virtue of being an adult she is counted as non-dependent. But the HC made him pay the money and said that “you cannot hide behind the law”. Really? What do you mean HIDE behind the law? The reason a law exists is based on the premise that it will be consistently applied in all cases and removes uncertainty from the justice department. The law said that he doesn’t need to pay it so he stopped paying it. Instead, when it is convenient to the court, they use the law, but when common man uses the law, he is chided for being someone who ‘hides behind the law’. How is he HIDING behind it if he is only following what it says? So what happened was that the judge, based on his personal whims and fancies said that in India children don’t become independent at 18 unlike USA so the father has a moral responsibility to fund her education until PG plus he must pay private tuition fees too plus for her wedding. Really Mr Black Coat? Now are we giving judgement based on moral whims? What is the use of a written and codified law then? We might better have Khap panchayats then, which at least deliver justice on time rather than take 2 decades for simple cases.

So next time any husband is asked to pay alimony by any court, the husband’s lawyer must argue, “morally speaking, I don’t feel like paying it” or when someone is sentenced to death, the convict must say “Dear judge, morally speaking, I feel that you have no right to take my life, so I choose to walk out of this trial”. Next time a traffic cop stops me for not wearing seat belt, I will say “morally speaking, I don’t feel like obeying the rules today”. If everyone starts interpreting the rules as they want, the very phrase ‘rules’ will become a paradox. Or does the SC think that it is the only body which has this privilege to act on its whims and fancies?

The SC should stop putting its stinking nose in matters where it is not qualified to do so. There is a reason they have such low respectability in Indian society. If they keep up with their stupid judicial activism, no common man will ever look at the judicial system as a temple of justice, just a pack of bureaucratic wolves waiting to devour his money based on what they feel is their inalienable god-given right.

SC is dysfunctional because it takes 4 months holiday in a year. These people don’t work, but just sit there to suck commissions from court cases like a goon who does hafta vasooli from everyone who comes at his doorstep. Instead of fast tracking the justice delivery mechanism for the sake of the commoners and laying out guidelines to lower courts, the SC keeps itself busy in pompous debates about one or the other constitutional interpretation or some other high brow intellectual masturbation. The SC judge cries like a baby when cases are pending. Thankfully the government introduced a new parallel form of judiciary in the form of appellate courts. This will take the monopoly away from the inefficient judiciary and end their gala fest at the expense of the taxpayer. There must be decentralization within the judiciary too. The people (or a representative of the people) or a technocratic body must have a say in appointment of judges. They should not be allowed to appoint their own successors as if its their family business, in contempt of the common people’s opinion. Their salaries are paid by the taxpayer after all. Let Modi starve the judiciary and bring it to its knees. These people as a group think too highly of themselves but deliver no value to the society. Only nuisance value to rob money from false dowry cases and false rape cases while genuine family property feuds go on for decades after the claimants are long dead. What a shame!

The SC speaks about good faith, let them first show some good faith by giving up the feudal system of collegium and embrace a more meritocratic system. The SC doesn’t have the market cornered on victimhood. We have our own concerns which they must address before we release payments to them. They can’t keep asking for appointment of more judges, more payments, more buildings while stonewalling reforms and transparency.

We have all heard the phrase ’eminent lawyer’, ever wondered what does it mean? How is an eminent lawyer different from a non-eminent lawyer, does he know a few secret sections of the penal code which others don’t? Obviously not. So what’s so special about him? It only means that he is a chamcha of the judge and therefore the client has a higher probability of winning the case if he pays hefty fees to that eminent lawyer who has a revenue-sharing arrangement with the judge so there is a higher probability of judgement in your favor if you hire the right one. This is what the judiciary has turned into. There’s no justice there, just money eating business. That is why the rich always go scott free and the poor gets no justice.

The real money in judicial business lies in NOT solving the cases promptly, hence “taareek pe taareek”. If they start solving things fast then how will they earn more money under the table? They have a vested interest in keeping the system inefficient so that they could charge people in exchange for efficiency. So, they will say, “I can schedule your next hearing after 6 months but if you pay me X amount, I MAY schedule it next week. It’s all up to you, if you want prompt hearing then pay up”.

There are two distinct things govt has now done, one is appellate courts outside the purview of the current collegium and other is allowing private law firms. There must also be a new law introduced to make it mandatory to video record all court proceedings (after all, we call them free and fair and open courts for a reason). Government must keep copies and also be legally bound to provide any copy to anyone who files an RTI. This will instill fear among lawyers and judges because if they are found slacking off, their video clip might appear in prime time news.

At the same time, if someone feels that the judge assigned to his case is being biased (eg : Feminazi judge) then he can take that clipping to the appellate court or a disciplinary panel or even consumer forum. Basically create an overlap of authority instead of giving the reigns of the entire judicial system to a single monolithic, self-serving body. They have grown fat by eating tax payer’s money, let them get a taste of how it feels to actually be productive in exchange for claiming a salary. Every judge must be under fear that his judgement will be scrutinized by another panel if someone complains about them. Also there must be transparent appointments, and mandatory to disclose the productivity graph of not only those judges who got appointed but also those who got rejected so that there is no favoritism and a deserving judge does not get lost out just because he wasn’t a bootlicker.

Basically, take the judges out of the comfort zone which they have created to cushion themselves. The three tier system is open to too much nepotism and needs extra intervention. Make them feel the same insecurity which a common man feels when he goes to court and then they will start taking the common man more seriously instead of playing with his future and stealing his money.

Social media broke the monopoly of conventional electronic media. Blogging and online degrees broke the monopoly of so-called premier educational institutes. Open source software broke the monopoly of enterprise software giants, similarly, something disruptive needs to happen to break the monopoly of the judiciary. The judiciary shouldn’t be completely wiped out but it should have a private sector competition so that both keep a check on each other. For example, people can get together and form co-operative institutions for arbitration in case of disputes. So if you and I have a property dispute, instead of taking you to a court and wasting our money bidding for lawyers, we can go to the arbitration center and settle the matter, no black coats involved. This arbitration center can be a private institution whose services we mutually agree to avail. This is already happening to some extent through Competition Authority of India, but one can also think of private institutions.

The crux of the matter is, the more of our problems we solve within ourselves, the less opportunity the law has to interfere. If a husband and wife or their family can sort their issues, no dowry law can intervene (anyway a large number of dowry cases gets settled outside courtrooms by exchanging some money). The more you allow the courts to micro-manage your life, the more they will suck your blood. We must have a strong consensus among ourselves as citizens, not to avail the services of an institution which is innately corrupt. Let the black coats rot in their own corner. Let us set up our own private arbitration courts (like insurance agencies), and resolve our own issues. Use the court premises only to do unavoidable paperwork deeds like house registration etc. Every time a common man has been there, he gets looted, even for simple things like domicile certificate, or attestation of some papers. They delay your work deliberately and ask money to do it ‘faster’, which in itself is a paradox. First you yourself create artificial scarcity of resource (time) and then jack up the prices in exchange for merely doing your job on time.

When people like Kanhiya Kumar were shouting “Afzal hum sharminda hai, tere kaatil zinda hai” was the court sleeping then? How come they did not take suo motto cognizance of the contempt of the judiciary? How come no suo motto cognizance during Shia processions where blood is spilled? Now the courts have ruined the careers of so many Govindas who pursue Dahi Handi as a full time profession. They practice all year long and earn only once during the year. This is their only source of livelihood. Is the SC judge going to feed all these jobless people from his own kitchen now? On the other side the courts forced Maharashtra government to open dance bars using the same argument, asking the government “so many bar girls will be jobless, will you feed them? You can’t deny employment to people for arbitrary moral reasons”. Well, hypocrisy thy name is Indian judiciary!

Same with Jallikattu, as it helps breed better generation of cows/bulls through natural mate selection. But our over smart judiciary banned that too. They call themselves guardians of the constitution, and the constitution mentions India as a democratic nation, so where is the democracy when judiciary makes adhoc rules without elected people’s representation? Is this not fascism by the unelected?

  • Coldplay and the art of delivering Gospel Message

Coldplay and the art of delivering Gospel Message

Hollywood and western pop culture is increasingly depicting Indian — rather Hindu — iconography in its art these days. Movies like Life of Pi have left a spiritual mark on the western audience but most often this pop culture panders to specific western taste and secularizes the rituals by taking them out of context. In the long list of false portrayals, ColdPlay came out with a mediocre song called “Hymn for the Weekend” this year and it got famous on the back of the video they shot in India depicting Hindu life. Times have moved from outright contempt for Hindus as shown in movies like Slumdog Millionaire to subtle cues left in this video.

Video: ColdPlay — Hymn for the Weekend (Official Video)
Original embed unavailable in supplied archive — open a YouTube search for the referenced video.

The video tries to portray Indian religion as a “colourful fancy culture” as opposed to “true religion.” The west subtly tries to discredit Hindu religion by isolating the theological connotations from our customs by making it look like colours, song and dance. So Holi becomes a fancy festival of colours as opposed to the victory of Pralhad over Holika. Diwali becomes a festival of light as opposed to the victory of Ram. Yogi becomes just another street performer, little Shiva becomes just another fancy dress, Varanasi becomes just another beach, the saffron flag becomes just a rag on top of a stick and all the kids are malnourished. This is Slumdog Millionaire Ver 2.0 — all they had to do was add a snake charmer scene and it would have been the wet dream of a racist evangelist.

In any case the video still manages to push the Christian cultural agenda. If you notice at the end the kids are watching projector images which say “Maria Mata” — which in vernacular languages refers to Mother Mary. Have you seen a more subtle way of delivering a gospel message?

Now watch that video again to understand the context. You will realise that Beyonce — known by her fans as “the queen” — has postured herself as Maria Mata civilizing the exotic pagans who love song, dance and colours. She is trying to execute the white man’s burden (ironic, since she is a black woman and victim of the white man’s burden herself!).

If Indians were to commit similar blasphemy, what would they have to do? Just to give an analogy, this video would be the moral equivalent of Rani Mukherjee going to the US, putting black paint on her face and picking cotton with the good old Negroes on the plantation to “show the beauty of American culture.”

There are other nuances which are strategically placed to add context to the Holi and Diwali celebrations portrayed in the first half of the video. The first 70% of the video is full of stereotypes dedicated to establishing to the western audience the “Indianness” of the subjects portrayed — as the west sees it — which they use in the latter part of the video to reinforce their Christian iconography when they show those “die-hard Indians” thronging to hear Mata’s message. It is an euphemism for the openness of all kinds of people to the grace of the gospel.

Although one can say that we are reading too much into the video, given the western assaults on pagan Hindu traditions in academia and elsewhere it is difficult to reject that it has not been done intentionally to pander to the populist views of westerners. How could it be just a spontaneous coincidence to find fancy-dress Hanuman, Shiva, Holi and Sadhus in one video? Unless of course their presence was arranged to aid the furtherance of a certain message — and the message is: no matter how strong your native culture is, there will always be takers for “our message.”

Probably the Church algorithm works in the following way. First come out with a diktat and when people oppose it, use propaganda to resist the people’s views as long as possible until the Church starts losing adherents. But when they see that many are disobeying the diktat and the Church will lose a significant amount of followers, they change. That is how they tackled the “problems” of abortion and gay rights. They resisted as long as they could, but once they realized that the popular backlash was too strong and people were moving away from religion, they made peace with it — and the Pope came out in support of gay rights out of the blue. This itself belies their claim of being the “divine word of God.” Nothing divine about it if you keep changing it for political convenience. Retaining power IS your moral stance.

The “strategic thinkers” in the Christian community see the pagan rituals as a threat and have copied their rituals from a very long time — the Easter egg being a prime example. Either they try to ban pagan rituals or appropriate them in global culture. Now the west has started a copycat festival of colours called Color Run, in order to appropriate Hindu culture and take away our USP. The fact that they responded, and responded so fast, means that there IS probably a central thinker who IS keeping an eye on us and playing it like a chess game — unlike seculars who say “No, there is no Christian agenda. You are seeing too much.”

P.S. To add some insult, the video also features a 5-second clip of Sonam Kapoor. But maybe she deserves this treatment for being hungry for appreciation from western mlecchas!

  • What ails Indian Sports?

    What ails Indian Sports?

Another leap year brings another bucket full of disappointments. Its not enough that we have 365 days of suffering that every four years we must have an extra day of distress. Just like democracy where people suddenly realize the rampant corruption, the inequalities of society & the downright poor performances of the sitting government 2 weeks before the election even though they didn’t give two hoots about it for 300+ weeks, the Indian public suddenly awakens to realize we cannot produce consistent medal winners in the Olympics.

People who don’t know what a balance beam is instantly become the judges who gave Nadia Comaneci the perfect 10 and talk as though they personally taped Kerri Strug’s ankle and made her win on one leg. Instead of looking at the root cause of the failure the tendency is to just blame and find a scapegoat. The lowest hanging fruit in our case being: Cricket. These folks completely ignore that fact that ever since India, in one of the biggest upsets ever, won the world cup in 1983 we have been one of the most consistent teams in the tournament of the once-every-four-years kind. Our win/loss ratio is 2nd only to powerhouses Australia.

The Indian hockey federation resisted shifting to astroturf till the 90s and kept crying conspiracy while Pakistan went ahead with the changes and were exceptionally successful till the mid-90s. Whilst our national hockey federation was crying & sobbing conspiracy theories, the Indian cricket team went ahead with its business and went on to enjoy some of its greatest successes in the decade of 2000-10.

Not to mention there are enough single sports mad nations that produce consistent winners in major Olympic disciplines. Brazil are as mad about football as India is about cricket but that hasn’t stopped Brazil from producing one of the best volleyball teams, possibly the best ever F1 race car driver and very good basketball players who play for the best NBA teams.

Politicians & Businessmen in Sports are Goooooood!

There is a tendency in India to not trust politicians and businessmen and if politicians & businessmen come together it is apocalypse now. The reason Indian athletes’ struggles at the summit is heavily attributed to politicians running various Indian sports bodies. This has no real basis in truth. BCCI is run by politicians & private businessmen.

M A Chidambaram, M Chinnaswamy, Mamen were tycoons who have done great things for cricket purely out of interest. BCCI’s ascent was powered by NKP Salve the savvy Marathi politician. He brought the world cup to India and the first world cup outside England was a rousing success. BCCI went from strength to strength and once Jagmohan Dalmiya, another businessman, took over, BCCI signed massive TV contracts and filled its coffers with so much money that it made Scrooge McDuck look like a street beggar.

Now wiseguys will ask “Ha what about other sports they are also headed by politicians and why don’t they succeed?”. The difference between BCCI & other bodies is that BCCI is private and most of the other sporting bodies are Soviet-style government bodies and are run by the devastating machinery that is the Government Bureaucracy. There’s a high chance that a politician will do good. It is in their self-interest to do so but it is not so for the bureaucrat.

    Genetics

Believe it or not genetics play a heavy role in sporting ability and the Indian race is not blessed with best of the athletic genes. The most profound example of this is the 100m race. There are exactly 4 men who have broken the 10 second barrier that are not of West African descent. The standard argument against this line of thought is that how come Chinese are able to win so many medals. The Chinese win most of the medals in gymnastics and diving viz basically gymnastics in a pool. Historically, Chinese have had many opera houses which are excellent training stages for acrobats and martial arts. Many Kung Fu action stars like Jackie Chan, Yuen Biao, Jet Li etc who are all acrobatically athletic are products of these schools. The Chinese communist government tapped into this reservoir and used modern western methods to create a powerful tour de force.

    Lack of Sporting culture

India lacks a sports culture. In the west kids play all sorts of organized sports regularly. Though things are slowly changing in India, we aren’t getting there quickly enough. Academics still dominate because its the easiest and, despite rising education costs, the cheapest and highest hit ratio of success.

Many people casually say kids are forced by parents to study and unless that changes India will never win medals. This is a half-arsed argument which is made mostly by unmarried childless folks. The reality is that sports is a very expensive venture with an extremely short shelf life (average 3-4 years) and less than 1% of the competitors make it to the top to make a sustainable living and those who don’t make it will have wasted at least half a decade away from general white collar jobs that are on offer. It is already a merciless competition through sheer quantity if not quality and with a 5-6 year handicap it gets even harder to find employment.

Despite the TV shows & advertisements repeatedly showing an aspiring upper middle class, India still is largely a lower middle class blue collar country. Our families just cannot cope with losing the young & strong next generation to failure and depression through the hit & miss world of sports instead of increasing the quality of their lives through the surer path of academics.

Sports as a political tool sans Cricket

The world evolved into USA vs USSR a few years after world war II and the Olympics became a giant pissing contest between the two powers. There were the two giant boycotts of 1980 & 1984 where many athletes who wasted 4 priceless years of their lives just because the politicians of the nations wanted to score brownie points.

India are no strangers to the political boycott. The Indira Gandhi led govt refused to let the Indian tennis team to play the Davis Cup final vs Apartheid South Africa in 1974. This was an anomaly though. India has always failed to see beyond cricket to see sports as a political tool. The Chinese used Beijing 2008 to show how far they have come as a nation. Today they are dominant in almost every field. Every achievement in sport is seen as showing China as a superior powerful nation.

India hardly use their (few) successes to score PR victories. This is not limited to sports. India fail to use our successes to score PR in any field. The Silicon Valley would not be a cradle of innovation had it not been for Indian engineers. Isn’t Sundar Pichai’s Google CEO analogous to an Indian tennis player winning the Wimbledon singles’ title? Not only do we not praise but we actively disown these great success stories. With this sort of inferiority complex we can never aspire to achieve greatness not only in sport but any field.

    Indians & Skill-based sports

As mentioned earlier, India are genetically unsuited less suited for purely athleticism based sports like sprinting, long distance running, swimming, diving, gymnastics etc. It is highly unlikely India will produce a sub-10 second 100m runner in 10-15 years from today. Having said that India have had no problems in acquiring proficiency in skill based sports. Despite general apathy, lack of proper infrastructure & most of the players not even seeing an astroturf field until their late teens, India still produces highly skilled hockey players at international level.

Netherlands, a country which is about as big as Haryana, has about 300 astroturf hockey stadia. India, the most successful nation ever, has just 30 astroturf stadia. Even a simple doubling of this number & giving U-16, U-12 teams access to these facilities will see instant uptick in results thanks to the greater repetitions from an earlier age.

Even in racket based sports like tennis & badminton, India produced top class players like Ramanathan Krishnan, Vijay Amritraj, Leander Paes, Prakash Padukone, Pullela Gopichand all of whom were top players in their disciplines. Almost all of their formative years were in the debilitating uber-socialist era of Indian bureaucracy.

Don’t Put all your eggs in one basket(s)

India has decent talent pool in a few sports and we must identify how our traditional sports can be used to translate those talents into their nearest equivalent of Olympic sports. Traditional Indian martial arts still exist in various forms. We must study how these traditional skills, that are second nature to the practitioners, can be translated to Olympic sports like fencing and judo. It is even possible to tap gymnasts from these village grounds given the amount of acrobatics that is required for a skilled fighter.

We have had centres of wrestling colloquially for centuries. Remember that India’s first individual medal came in wrestling as early as 1952. Funding for wrestling must be increased multi-fold to create a much bigger pool of wrestlers to compete at the Olympics & world championships. Again our traditional style of wrestling must be codified and combined with modern diet & fitness techniques to get the best of both worlds. Tradition, more often than not, exists for a reason because it works!

Shooting is another sport India must focus upon. The Indian army is one of the best trained armies in the world and we have a wealthy pool of talent to chose from to train. It is important to identify the men who had the best shooting records and the training provided to these men can lead to a high degree of sophistication in Olympic competitions.

If India, through means private & public, concentrate on these sports i.e. archery(4), fencing(10), judo(14), wrestling(18) & shooting(15), we will compete for 159 total medals. With a thorough road map and exact targets at each step, even if India win 10% of the medals we will end up with 16 medals in an Olympics. We should also invite experts from countries that dominate medals in said sports i.e. Japanese Judo experts or South Korean archery experts to train our fledgling aspiring Olympians.

Most Important factor of them all: Money

Now comes the most important resource of them all: money. We must spare no expense for the training & dietary regimes for these athletes. Medical support is just as important. These athletes, especially the wrestlers & racket sportspeople, push themselves beyond the edge of what is humanly possible. It is inevitable that the occasional bend becomes a break. Proper surgery and rehab is not cheap. It is a very expensive affair but it is also most necessary.

The value of a medal or a trophy is priceless. The Olympic prize money is a pittance compared to amount of time and effort that an Olympian puts in. There was news a few days back that Brazil had spent $14 billion for the world cup they hosted 2 years ago. Had they won their 6th world cup in Maracana the said $14 billion would have been worth less than a torn rag when compared to the priceless trophy that Thiago Silva would have lifted in front of their home crowd.

Lastly, we must draw inspiration from whatever semi-success we had in the past and aim to better it. Dipa Karmakar is an inspiration to all gymnastic aspirants in India. She overcame injury, lack of facilities and official apathy to just qualify for the vault final. She was not even allowed to take a personal physio, a bare necessity that is taken for granted by the top nations, with her before the final jump. She overcame impossible odds to miss out on a bronze medal by a hair’s breadth. If she had even half the resources available to Simone Biles how well would she have done?

  • Muslim evolutionary strategy vs Hindu Prisoner’s Dilemma

Muslim evolutionary strategy vs Hindu Prisoner’s Dilemma

The world belongs to those who show up.

The above quote delivers the hard hitting message of importance of demography in as few words as possible. If your offsprings do not show up, then they would definitely not rule the world. Demography moves very slow and hence most people do not see the impeding crisis before it hits them hard, which is one of the reasons that Yuga Parivartan repeatedly carries articles on importance of maintaining demographic superiority for survival of Hindus. Given the current environment this always boils down to suggesting Hindus on taking the lead and maintaining decent TFR to counter high Muslim fertility. Are there other policies which can work? Probably, but only to certain extent. Still the most robust among all of them is for Hindus to have enough kids. Does this mean they have to breed like rats and change their evolutionary strategy of raising quality kids?

One has to look at operation of Jihad doctrine closely to realize what Hindus are up against. The basic strategy works in the following way:

    1. Create resource crunch
    2. Cry victimhood and blame the rest
    3. Organize and fight

How do you go and create resource crunch? A good way to create resource crunch is to have enough offspring who all will demand out of some fixed resource thereby creating scarcity. Although modern science has taken care of basic needs but it still does not solve scarcity problems on an individual level, specially for societies with low human capital and preference for doleouts. The vehement opposition of birth control by Muslims thus comes handy in creating resource crunch by having large population size. This strategy is used when Muslims are a minority and they rapidly breed to overwhelm the opposition.

In evolutionary sense, humans like other large species are K-selected because they produce fewer offsprings and trade quality for quantity. K-selected species are usually larger and live in stable environments and hence need fewer offspring to ensure that they pass on their genes to future generations. Number of offsprings is also restricted by the energy requirement for producing each individual, which you can also think of as pregnancy length. On the other hand, the r-selected species are small in size and produce large number of offsprings, which are cheap to manufacture, so as to survive unstable environments. So, r-selected organisms produce large number of individuals which also die off in large numbers and in the end the population size is governed by carrying capacity of the environment. For example, frogs have a large number of offsprings and many die before maturing due to resource crunch as dictated by the pond they live in.

In an extreme sense, Muslims are turning K-selection of humans on its head. While the biological restrictions still remain the same as for any K-selected species but the strategic game played by Muslims has increasingly become r-selected, where focus is completely on quantity rather than quality. So an average Muslim will produce larger number of offspring and engage in lower parental investment. Although Muslim women still take nine months during pregnancy like everyone else, but post birth investment is low. Average Muslim matures early because he has to support himself as well as his family and find some job. While his Hindu counterpart will waste time till early 20s earning various degrees, a Muslim will find the easiest employment for supporting himself and his family. The nature of job is unimportant as long as it brings some money and help building his own new nest and the cycle continues. This also gets reflected in lower average life expectancy of a Muslim compared to others.

Given biological constraints, this is the closest any large mammal can get to r-selection. The unstudied part of this evolutionary strategy is that this mechanism in case of Muslims is employed to generate resource crunch deliberately. Unlike frogs where r-selection is chosen by nature, Muslim strategy is a well thought out process. So, while Hindus might still believe in quality over quantity argument but it would not work since Muslims will push the environment towards resource constraint by increasingly building up a larger population. So, does Hindus have any other option than what some claim as breeding like rats?

To understand the possible strategies for Hindus, one has to go back to the 60s and look at it in the context of arms race between US and USSR. It can also be reformulated in terms of well studied game theory concept called prisoner’s dilemma. The goal of Muslims is to achieve demographic superiority, just like US/USSR had to achieve nuclear dominance over the other power.

Prisoner’s dilemma comes from the simple game with two players and two options. In the case of nuclear arms race, the two players are Nation A and B, which can exercise the options of Arm or Disarm. Since there are two options for each nation, it generates four cases. For each case, the payoff for A is in green, while for B in blue. In case both decide to Disarm, both get a payoff of 3 each, while if they single-handedly defect and build up an arsenal they get 4. If A knows that B will play Disarm, it is always optimal for A to arm itself and get 4 and reduce the payoff of B to 1. Since Arm is a dominating strategy, the two players who know this game will always choose to Arm instead of Disarm and get lower payoff of 2 each, instead of cooperative payoff of 3 each, in case each had decided to Disarm. This decreased payoff can be thought of as the investment needed in maintenance of nuclear stockpile.

The same example can be extended to the Hindu-Muslim demographic situation and replace options of Arm/Disarm with Have 5 kids/Not have 5 kids. Each religion is better off by having fewer kids and focus on quality of children, but having more kids gives chance of dominating the culture and wiping off the enemy. So, if one side is known to have preference for having 5 kids, the other has no option but to resort to lower payoff and have more kids. This is a prisoner’s dilemma style situation where both the players choose sub-optimal action. Understanding this basic game explains why US/USSR rationally decided to stockpile nuclear arsenal.

Although some caveats need to be mentioned for the demographic case. Firstly, Hindus have a majority right now and have all the reasons to maintain demographic surplus. If they lose demographic surplus, they would open India up to become next Pakistan. The game of prisoner’s dilemma still holds true even if one side has current advantage. Secondly, the propaganda against population has driven Hindus to become IQ shredders and this is an extreme case even for prisoner dilemma game. The “No child” or “1 child” option is below the replacement fertility level of 2.1 children/woman. Technically speaking 1 child preference, specially in south and urban areas, is not a great outcome even if there were no Muslims in the picture and there was no prisoner’s dilemma. So it is important for the average Hindu to reproduce at slightly above replacement i.e. 3 kids instead of 5 but 5 is the ideal given Muslim problem.

Hindus, while still in majority, already find themselves in a soup due to diversity in beliefs and traditions and mutually non-aligned interests. One could easily imagine the problems that they will have to face once they lose the only advantage they have right now, which is demography. The way US-USSR found themselves in confrontation with one another and lack of options other than stockpiling nuclear arsenal, Hindus too are caught up in this mad race, the only difference being the impact of demography are too slow to alarm and too difficult to reverse once set in motion. So while US-USSR stockpiled nukes, Hindus are still smug in their majority. The example of Assam serves as a useful example to understand how unchecked immigration of Bengali Muslims from 100 years ago have come to haunt the Brahmaputra Valley now and will continue to do so in the future. A demographic prisoner’s dilemma is played out in front of everyone’s eyes but Hindus do not seem to understand its manifestations. Also, if Muslims have decided to act like r-selected species, they are also more than happy to live in unstable environment and survive purely on the basis of higher fertility. The K-selected species of Hindus, unless they re-evaluate their strategy, will find it hard to survive given their pining for stable environment. Other than matching Muslim fertility trends, nothing less than revamping the whole constitution and putting explicit ban on Muslim fertility can change current demographic trends. Being stuck in a prisoner’s dilemma is not optimal, but this is where Hindus stand today and the modern Indian state cannot in any way stop the r-selection strategy adopted by the Muslims.

  • Celebrate Independence day and send Rakhi to soldiers

Celebrate Independence day and send Rakhi to soldiers

Some people never miss a chance to bring misfortune and the media cabal is best at playing spoilsport on every glorious occasion. NDTV has again done what it does best i.e. undermine national pride and this time it is about Independence day. One of the debates hosted on the channel lamented about giants flags and Rakhi on this occasion.

Probably the channel is miffed at how GoI can come up with a plan to celebrate Independence day and club it with Hindu festival of Rakhi. When thug news channels like NDTV start attacking symbolic celebrations, it means they have gone bankrupt with both content and morality or they are up to greater plan of sowing seeds of despondency in the name of alternative expression of speech or just for the heck of paddling their good for nothing Leftist garbage.

But somehow showing faith in our soldiers and showering them with love through sending Rakhi is objectionable to the presstitutes. For most of the nation these ostentatious celebrations are conventions but they are nevertheless important for continuity and faith in our nation. Also, it has more valuable meaning for people who are directly involved in these celebrations. Is there a better way to show our gratitude for the soldiers who fight and sacrifice their lives for us?

So, what should you do for the Independence day this year? Here is what we would suggest:

    1) Ignore the leftist trolls for a day. Make them jealous by posting pics with the tri-color

    2) Spend quality time with your family and throw a feast

    3) Show your gratitude to soldiers and send a rakhi or tie one yourself if you live close to cantonment

    4) Read about the sacrifices made by the bravehearts for and after independence to keep their spirit alive. They are our true heroes.

  • Lessons from Foxes: Genes, Demography and Destiny

Lessons from Foxes: Genes, Demography and Destiny

This post on Dmitry K Belyaev’s work is quite fascinating and results in some interesting consequences. Belyaev, was a Soviet era Russian geniticist and victim of Lysenkoism, [1] losing his job as head of the Department of Fur Animal Breeding at the Central Research Laboratory of Fur Breeding in Moscow in 1948. Belyaev continued his work under the guise of studying animal physiology and his experiment which lasted 40+ number of years has some interesting consequences.

Belyaev was curious about the physiological or morphological changes accompanied by the process of domestication. Domestication being commonly associated with dogs, he reasoned that one way to test his hypothesis about how these changes occurred was to choose a canine species which never been previously domesticated and attempt to domesticate it. He selected Vulpes vulpes, the silver fox, and spent 26 years on his experiment, which continued post his death in 1985.

Belyaev had noticed that many domestic animals had undergone similar changes in morphology and physiology. Body sizes changed, colour pattern of their coat changed, and even tails changed. His hypothesis was that these changes were influenced by the genetic makeup of the animal and resulted from strong selective pressure. Specifically, he was concerned with the idea of selecting for “tamability”.

Starting with a batch of 30 male foxes and 100 female ones from a commercial farm in Estonia, [2] he conducted his experiment in the following manner. Breeding was only allowed when the foxes were considered “tame” and only the tamest 4-5% of male offspring and 20% of female offspring were allowed to breed. The foxes were untrained otherwise and were simply scored on their tameness evaluated by the metric of friendliness to the scientists. A strict three tier class system was used to categorize how tame foxes were. The friendliest to the experimenters would exhibit behaviour such as whimpering for attention, licking and sniffing the hands of the humans and an amount of docility.

This is where things get interesting.

The physical changes in the foxes were quite remarkable and easily distinguishable. They exhibited a fear response to external stimuli earlier than their wild cousins. Their coats changed colour and star shaped patterns on their foreheads were observed similar to certain breeds of dogs. Their ears became floppy which is particularly interesting since it is a characteristic of new born pups which carried over to adulthood. This is a consequence which has occurred in dogs called paedomorphosis or the retention of juvenile characters in the adult. Another interesting consequence was that the cranial morphology of domesticated adult males became “feminized” i.e. their sexual dimorphism decreased.

Now these were some interesting results. Masculinity and indeed physiological signs of adulthood decreased when the species was selected for tameness. In fact foxes which escaped returned eventually since they were unable to sustain themselves in the wild.

One can almost see the parallels between the feminized Western man under the selection pressure of feminism and the silver fox living in captivity for domestication. Selection pressure exhibits in the form of non-stop propaganda from the Cathedral on toxic masculinity of man and how it destroys women. But women’s mating strategies are still aimed towards exploiting traditionally “alpha” men [3] which is the very definition of toxic masculinity. And this already exhibits in many male feminists who look weak and effeminate. [4]

While the mechanism is not identical to the foxes, one can see the result of such a domestication of man. Men will become weak, feminized and women will become unhappy with them. Their domestication will leave them open to attack. Violence is golden and without it there is no order. [5] Without the capacity to commit violence, civilization will fall and that capacity comes from trusting the evolutionary benefits of traditional masculinity. TFR (Total Fertility Rate) is dropping in the West as a result.

Within the Indian context there are two relevant observations which can be made related to selection effect. Firstly, a millennia of Islamic invasions should have deeply affected the gene pool of Hindu men and women. The selection pressure included culling of the bravest and strongest as well as the wise and the intelligent. When juxtaposing Hindu discoveries in science and philosophy of old- for instance the Shulba Sutra which speak of the Pythagoras theorem or finding square roots, and the Samakhya philosophy on the conservation of matter [6] – it is instructive to think of the genetic damage wrought on the Hindus.

Secondly, it is also related to TFR difference across states in India. It is common stereotype that men in the North are more rowdy and violent than men in the South (and remember, stereotypes are good). Men from the South are considered to be more docile just like the foxes. Is it any wonder that South India has below replacement TFR? Whether docility came first or low TFR can be a point of debate (given economic conditions and government propaganda on high population) but looking at the example of foxes, it is hard to out-rightly reject the hypothesis of docile men leading to low TFR. Like Singapore, it appears that South India is increasingly becoming an IQ shredder. The fact that high IQ men and women who engage in careers are less likely to reproduce spells doom for the Hindus, simply because this means that feeble minded men and women will begin to dominate the demography. Will the Hindus survive a civil war should one arise due to shifting demography? This is an important topic of great consequence that we at Yuga Parivartan urge you to think about. The fact is career women are dysgenic and will lead to the ruin of our civilization.
Fertility rates across India. Sourced from Wikipedia.

This post by Heartiste quite flawlessly describes the current Western social landscape while drawing parallels to the end of the Holy Roman Empire. While foxes have the experimenters to trust that they will look after them in their domesticated state of mind, humans have no such tangible guiding force and must reckon with the effects of the Cathedral. Perhaps now one can fully comprehend the consequences of the liberal propaganda. While the west can sit and wait for its doom, the effect of IQ shredders will be even more devastative for Hindus under an impeding demographic seize by Abrahamics. This also puts to rest the argument by those who bring in “quality” of offspring argument in the demographic debate as given above information it is more than clear that Hindus are losing both on the quality as well as quantity dimension.

    ————————————————————————

[1] Lysenko was a Soviet agrobiologist who attempted to reconcile Marxist theory with science. His rejection of Darwinian genetics in favour of his own ridiculous theories was so ridiculous that even Stalin knew he was a fraud.

[2] It must be noted that these were already more tame than wild foxes.

[3] The following is an excerpt from the paper linked above.

What does a woman want? The traditional evolutionist’s answer to Freud’s famous query is that a woman’s extensive investment in each child implies that she can maximize her fitness by restricting her sexual activity to one or at most a few high-quality males. Because acquiring resources for her offspring is of paramount importance, a woman will try to attract wealthy, high-status men who are willing and able to help her. She must be coy and choosy, limiting her attentions to men worthy of her and emphasizing her chastity so as not to threaten the paternity confidence of her mate.

The lady has been getting more complicated of late, however. As Sarah Hrdy1 predicted, we now have evidence that women, like other female pri- mates, are also competitive, randy creatures. Women have been seen com- peting with their rivals using both physical aggression2,3 and more subtle derogation of competitors.4 While they are still sometimes coy and chaste, women have also been described recently as sexy and sometimes promis- cuous creatures, manipulating fatherhood by the timing of orgasm, and using their sexuality to garner resources from men.

The real answer to Freud’s query, of course, is that a woman wants it all: a man with the resources and inclination to invest, and with genes that make him attractive to other women so that her sons will inherit his success. Her strategies for attaining these somewhat conflicting aims, and her success in doing so, are shaped by her own resources and options and by conflicts of interest with men and other women.

[4] Unsurprisingly, scientists have found a link between upper body strength and support for right wing politics. Leftists are weaklings.

[5] While Jack Donovan is more accessible in this age of modernity, this truth was first spoken by Sri Krishna –

Everything has its proper utility, and a man who is situated in complete knowledge knows how and where to apply a thing for its proper utility. Similarly, violence also has its utility, and how to apply violence rests with the person in knowledge. Although the justice of the peace awards capital punishment to a person condemned for murder, the justice of the peace cannot be blamed, because he orders violence to another person according to the codes of justice. In Manu-saṁhitā, the lawbook for mankind, it is supported that a murderer should be condemned to death so that in his next life he will not have to suffer for the great sin he has committed. Therefore, the king’s punishment of hanging a murderer is actually beneficial. Similarly, when Kṛṣṇa orders fighting, it must be concluded that violence is for supreme justice, and thus Arjuna should follow the instruction, knowing well that such violence, committed in the act of fighting for Kṛṣṇa, is not violence at all because, at any rate, the man, or rather the soul, cannot be killed; so for the administration of justice, so-called violence is permitted. A surgical operation is not meant to kill the patient, but to cure him. Therefore the fighting to be executed by Arjuna at the instruction of Kṛṣṇa is with full knowledge, so there is no possibility of sinful reaction.

  • USA should change its name to United States of Barbaria

USA should change its name to United States of Barbaria

From Game of Thrones to McDonalds, there is unhealthy liking for the American culture among Indians and for all the wrong reasons. American culture, as they like to call it themselves is actually not a culture at all. Truth is that they are a bunch of barbarians with no history of their own and have to borrow their history from other barbarians like Anglo-Saxons, who themselves were barbarians and got civilised by Rome and now delude themselves as descendants of Rome, because without it their history before 500AD is that of barbarity, loot and rape unlike India which has had a long and continuous history of 5000 years at least, dating back to the Indus Valley Civilisation. History aside, even now there is no American culture or civilisation. Look at the points below and judge for yourself if you would like to call it a culture:

    1. The average bastard rate in USB – 40%
    2. The percentage of single mothers and divorce rates in USB – 50%
    3. US actually has one of the highest rape rates in the world– it has four times higher number of rapes than India despite having four times lower population.
    4. Land of prisoners- highest incarceration rate in the world while India has the lowest and also lowest crime figures.
    5. Average obesity levels of 33% i.e. unhealthy general population

Given the above statistics, it becomes difficult to define American culture. Is it the culture of highest rapes in the world? Or is it the highest obesity rate in the world? Or is it great due to the highest number of single mothers in the world or by the highest number of bastards in the world? Or due to the highest number of prisoners in the world?

But don’t fault an average American for all this. Being an Anglo-Saxon barbarian, as opposed to being a descendant of living civilisation like India, their society was expected to be barbarian. Faulting them for being barbaric uncultured bastards with highest rapes in the world is like faulting an animal for being an animal. Does someone fault a rabid dog for biting? Is a dog conscious of being a rabid dog? Of course not. It is just its nature and illness. But as civilized human beings, one should keep clear of a rabid dog.

Being born without a history or father or culture or anything other than money like the USB, is not in their hands. Hence mocking them is wrong and bad. Indians should keep it in mind whenever they think if America’s bastard rate, single mothers, rape crisis or lack of actual history or civilisation. Also, do remember that nobody chastises a pig for eating shit and hence one should not castigate the Americans for the ills afflicting their society. But on the other hand, Indians should think several times before they try to emulate the society of bastards and their glorious culture with haste.

The funniest thing about Americans is this- being a history less bastard descendants of Anglo-Saxon barbarians, the ingenious way they try to have a history is by claiming to be western “civilization”, i.e. descendants of Rome and Greece, even though neither had anything to do with Anglo-Saxon barbarians as per real history. To demonstrate how pathetic this claim is, just to give an analogy, imagine a person claiming that his neighbour is his father/dad just because his own father is poor or absent. That is how the Americans claim to be descendants of Rome/Greece is, as they claim that they are the western civilization and culture since they themselves don’t have any culture or history of their own, except that of killing, slavery, loot and plunder. For Indians, this paragraph would probably appear to be the most insulting to Americans in the whole post. But one has to doubt if an average American Joe would understand the gravity of insult in this paragraph as being a bastard and claiming other men as their own fathers because of their own illegitimacy, is probably not a big deal in USB i.e. the country of bastards. So it might be that this insult might fly right past and unnoticed by an average American.

To hide their insecurities and rotten society, this wannabe civilisation and culture resorts to blaming Indians and highlight non-issues while hiding their own problems. The hypocrisy of American stance in most of these cases is like of those parents of a failed high school kid, who chastise their neighbours on low marks of their kid in post graduate course to hide failure of their own offspring. Any sane person would suggest such parents to focus on their own failed high school kid rather than make an issue out of the neighbour’s kid.

Indians are a living civilization with glorious past and self correction over time. It is the biggest insult to take advice from such barbarians, who not only don’t have any culture but also don’t have any religion of their own. For all their barbarity, Arabs can at least claim to have their own culture and religion while most Americans worship a dead middle-eastern Jew from Asia while at the same time trying to be a cheap knock off of the Roman empire and ancient Greece. For instance, when Americans talk about caste system in India, they completely forget that they are a society which had legalized slavery till 19th century. On top, it is the only country in the world which had to fight a civil war to abolish this inhuman practice of slavery and still did not give full civil rights to blacks till 1970s, almost 100 years after fighting the civil war for freeing black. Now imagine the gall of the same uncivilized people lecturing the world on human rights when they themselves suppressed the rights of their own population till a few decades ago.

But as argued before, it is not their fault that they don’t realize how pathetic their society is. After all a dog does not know that its wrong to bark at the sun nor does a pig know that eating crap is unhygienic. So living like animals like the Americans do now is also not their fault, its just what a culture epitomized by current Hollywood of drugs, single mothers, bastards, illegitimate claims of being descendants of a civilization or illegitimate claims of having a culture in the first place will look like. So Indians should not be insensitive to them and mock them for what they are. It is just in their genes. But Indians can still debate on how to call USB- United State of Barbaria or United States of Bastards?

  • Why India fails at Olympics

    Why India fails at Olympics

As expected Indian hopes are once again getting crushed at Rio Olympics. Reams of paper have been wasted on explaining why India performs so badly in sports. In the end, it boils down to two arguments:

    1. Nature (i.e. genes)
    2. Nurture (i.e. institutional infrastructure)

It is the same argument which is usually evoked while talking about educational outcomes. The genetic buildup of student and style of teaching/facilities both matter for the educational outcome. But what makes sports at Olympics different than educational outcome is that in the first case it is only the “crème de la crème”, i.e. only the very best, which matter. So, the average genetic makeup, although important, is not the only reason for bad performance.

A lot of Indians fall for the first argument, while it is the latter which matters equally. If genetics were the only reason for performance, then countries would not go up or down on the medal tally. Comparing Russia against China makes this point abundantly.

Some quick points to notice here. Russians are slipping down the medal tally while Chinese have been on an upswing since their second debut in 1984. The number of Russian athletes participating at the Olympics has not gone down but they are winning fewer medals as well as gold medals. If this trend continues we would see further fall in Russian medal haul, which points towards deteriorating sporting facilities in Russia. This can become worse over time as Russia will lose key strategists and coaches over time if it does not perform well thereby losing historical advantage over time. China on the other hand is supposedly a poor country, with poor genetics but it is getting stronger year after year. Anyone who has gone to China can confirm the small size of an average Chinese. Even malnourished Indians look like giants in front of an average Chinese person. If it were just about genetics then China would have never made it to the top of the medal tally. So, what is working in favour of China?

This brings us to the second important point which is population size. The above graph gives population per medal and so darker green areas mean that more medals are won per capita. What is interesting to note here is that both India and China are white, i.e. they both win few medals per capita although China wins a lot of medals while India wins almost none. China produces one Olympic medal for every 15 million people, while India takes 206 million. You can check more similar maps here. So technically speaking big population gives a big advantage not just to China but other decent performing countries with high population like in South America. So the genetic argument looks a little bit weak when you can choose from 15 million people like in case of China!

So Indians can have a bad genetic makeup which is not suited for sports for the general population but it should not stop them from producing decent sportsmen who can win few medals at the Olympics. Now let’s look at some of the prominent Indian athletes to further understand the problem:

Sushil Kumar: Sushil Kumar was born in a Hindu Jat family of Baprola village, near Najafgarh in South West Delhi. His father, Diwan Singh, was a DTC bus driver, while his mother, Kamla Devi, is a housewife.

Vijender Singh: His father, Mahipal Singh Beniwal, is a bus driver with the Haryana Roadways, while his mother is a homemaker. His father drove extra buses for overtime pay so as to pay for Vijender and his elder brother Manoj’s education.

Mary Kom: Kom was born in Kangathei, in Churachandpur district of Manipur in eastern India. Her parents, Mangte Tonpa Kom and Mangte Akham Kom, worked in jhum fields.

These are just few examples to show the background of most of our athletes. Except the shooters like Abhinav Bindra and Gagan Narang, most come from very humble background. Sports is make or break for many of them and many give it up for lack of support from the government and sports agencies. Also, most of them start their career late and usually give up as soon as they land up some decent job. Olympics is not just about talent any more and need intensive training and proper nutrition. And given social apathy, it is surprising that India can churn out a few sportsmen.

So unless GoI decides to focus on sports to increase medal tally in the future or rich Indians take up sports in big numbers, India will continue to see itself at the bottom of medal tally. In the meantime, India should thank its bus driver and farmer parents for showing immense courage to help support sporting dreams of their kids.

Till then enjoy the Olympic spirit.

  • Feminism, Abortion and reconciliation of female foeticide

Feminism, Abortion and reconciliation of female foeticide

Cognitive dissonance or simply double standards lie at the edifice of post modern feminist discourse. It becomes even more apparent when this framework is applied without any careful thought to the Indian context because whites did not design the system for non-western, non-Abrahamic audience. Even careful mental gymnastics on the part of Indian feminists cannot clarify its vague incoherent framework and comes out in the open to haunt feminists in the abortion vs female foeticide debate.

One of the problems with feminist discourse is its malicious attempt at obscuring the true implications of the buzz words it uses. The phrase “bodily autonomy” or “My Body My Choice” is another such attempt. On the surface it sounds like something any sane person would endorse- the right to choose what to do with one’s own body. But well-meaning individuals fail to account for the fact that humans are bags of flesh littered with emotions. They are not driven by logic but by fear, longing and other primal urges. Simple pheromones can alter human behaviour. For this reason, it is important for humans to be guided less by their emotions and more by the structure and order provided by the shastras.

In the abortion debate, the foremost thing to consider is the definition of life. Leftists will argue that the child inside of you is not a human but a clump of cells. Other degenerate liberals will call it a parasite, the justification being that such terminology is supported by Science. This is an obfuscation since scientific terminology is not strictly scientific but inherently philosophical. By extending the principles of “parasitism” – a newly born baby is also a parasite, unable to function on its own, a life form which relies on its parents for sustenance. In a very similar sense, the old, the infirm and even unemployed are also parasites since they are forced to leech off on their kith and kin or the society they are in. Would it be humane to simply murder one’s parents once they reach an age where they may be “scientifically” considered a burden? Left liberals would have you believe that the people who have raised you, tended to you while you were ill and comforted you when you were afraid are burdens for you to rid of. Marxist literature exhorts men to cut familial ties, consider women tools and destroy social bonds to further their revolution. Destroying the institution of the family will achieve the total annihilation, since married men commit less crime. Feminism destroyed the Roman Empire, and even a bachelor tax couldn’t get men to enter the institution of marriage willingly.

Before going any further, it is important to provide a metaphysical definition of what is “alive”. The fact remains that there is no scientific way to discuss what is alive since there is no way to determine what death is. Bruce Charlton discusses it here; reproduced for your benefit:

For example, I heard the top British doctor-expert on coma and other “near-death” states, assert that we should not think of death as an event, but rather as a process. So there was no “moment of death” but only a period of time on one side of which was life, and the other death. The implication was that some people are stuck in this process for very long periods – maybe years.

He was responding to the fact that various definitions of death may conflict – cessation of the heart, activity in various parts of the brain, responsivity of the pupils, decomposition of internal organs such as the pancreas and adrenal – these signs do not co-occur simultaneously, and may be dissociated in some situations; plus of course they are, to some degree, reversible – so death cannot be conclusively pronounced until there are several or all of these signs in place for some length of time.

A simple solution to this conundrum can be stated thus:

If a human one is alive due to the sustenance drawn from its environment, a foetus is alive similarly.

Now that we have established that a foetus is alive, the topic of abortion shifts from “should women have bodily autonomy” to “should women have the right to murder their own young”.

Pro-abortionists are not truly trying to help women. They degrade them further by introducing the seemingly innocuous idea of free love, the idea that there are no consequences to casual sex. Of course women who have premarital sex tend to get divorced more, are more depressed, more disease ridden and less happy but leftists only like science when it comes to bashing the religious, they do not actually engage in the scientific method.

One defence of this cold-blooded murder is that a woman may not be financially well equipped to bring a child into this world. It suffices to say, that no one would calmly explain to a woman with a 3-year-old, that since times are tough it may be financially prudent to lop off the child’s head and dispose off the body quietly.

This is not an argument for a total ban on abortions. Life which is the product of rape or medical condition can be made an exception. The shastras endorse allowing abortion when the life of the mother is threatened. For all other cases, it is important for the civilized to restrain their carnal urges.

It is important to follow through with the consequences of allowing the right to kill one’s own young based on certain conditions. Consider this: If a condition x exists to allow for abortion other than the two I have mentioned above, then it follows that we may use this condition to allow for abortion according to preference of gender. Females are financial burdens more so than men, because of the costs associated with raising a girl. And this is a universal phenomenon. In India and other eastern societies it is even more pronounced because men are supposed to man up and take care of their old parents while daughters have no such social responsibility. It follows from this that feminists must necessarily support the perpetuation of female foeticide.

These conclusions are self-evident, requiring only a small amount of reasoning. Most feminists in India do not have the intellectual fortitude to follow through with their own logic for which they can be labelled as Morons among leftists. It is important to note that the Moron is only used as a tool by the Evil for the destruction of Hindu society. It is incumbent upon the right thinking Hindu to discuss these ideas being forced down the collective throat of Hindu society by the media before our children are murdered under the guise of “women’s rights”.

  • Has PM Modi discredited the whole cow protection movement

Has PM Modi discredited the whole cow protection movement

If you want to excel at running by the agenda of other people, you just have to learn the art of putting foot in the mouth from BJP. This time no one else, but the mascot of hardcore Hindutva before 2014 i.e. PM Modi has capitulated in front of the demands of Christlamists by denouncing those who try to protect cows under gross negligence of duty by the Indian state.

Yes, there have been instances of vigilantism, but cow protection is close to the heart of most un-deracinated Hindus, who still do not take pride in eating beef. We at Yuga Parivartan have already written detailed account on rise of vigilantism for cow protection, which has risen not due to increased Hindutva forces but state apathy towards cow protection after passing legislation for cow protection and being duty bound to uphold it.

Sadly, while blaming the vigilantes PM Modi completely side-stepped the issue of cow smuggling. Why do you think in BJP ruled states people have to resort to cow vigilantism? If BJP governments were strict, there would hardly be any cases of vigilantism.

But let us get back to the bigger issue and ramifications of this statement. With a single statement:

    1) PM has de-legitimized the whole movement to protect cows. Most GauRakshaks are now painted as extremist hooligans.

    2) There was no mention of cow slaughter, so MSM is free to twist the statements and harass cow protectors.

    3) It will alienate the core Hindutva supporters of BJP.

As a master politician, PM Modi should have understood these ramifications. It is important to underline that Modi is the same politician who refused to give any statements about 2002 riots before the run up to 2014 elections. Had he raised the issue of plastics along with the illegal cow smuggling, it would still have been understandable.

In any case, silence is golden. Have you ever heard a leftist disown Naxal cause? Or a Muslim disown Kashmir militants? Probably BJP and Modi need to learn a lot from their adversaries.

EDIT: After the speech, the tweets sent by PM as well as the clarification issued out today points towards the fact that PM Modi realised that his statements were far from clear on cow protection issue.

Clarification: Cow protection is important Hindu issue and does not directly translate into vigilantism. But for the latter to not happen, state governments should strictly enforce cow protection laws.
